Are the charters allowed to contain anything? I'm just wondering if charters are reviewed with an eye towards things that will be used either stupidly or as justification for malice? Like the prevention of discussion or mention of irrational or random things such as "santa clause" or banning the use of the term "Mac Beth"?…
