Hi, I am new to the boards. Took the huge jump of career change last March into the world of Trainee Accountant after working as an engineer for many years. So far, it is working out well and I have passed the first 3 exams. I had planned to sit 3 of the Fundamentals in the December sitting passed but due to a bereavement, I did not get to sit them.

I am expecting our first child and taking Maternity leave at the end of April, so will not be sitting the June sittings either. I am planning to sit exams during my maternity leave and continue like that. I know it won't be easy with a newborn but will hopefully get there .....Eventually!!!

Anyone juggled both, any advice for me?

    Thanks
