Quick question if any one can help. I am investigating opening a store in a shopping centre, along with crazy rent figures they are quoting Service Charges of unto €27 per sq ft. Does anyone know what this charge includes? What do I get for €27 per square foot – at that price I would like to hire a cleaner for every sq ft
