Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back a page or two to re-sync the thread and this will then show latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

PPoE error

    First of all sry for lack of info on this one as it is only my father in law describing the problem to me over the phone. He has broadband but has been unable to connect today - the web pages arent loading. He rang Eircom who said all is okay from their side. He ran some diagnostic check and everything was okay except there was a PPoE fail. Any idea what this relates to (or is it impossible to tell without further info)?

    Without knowing the exact error I'd hazard a guess it means his ADSL isn't logging into Eircom's servers correctly... double-check username/password and if it still fails get back onto Eircom.
