Jim Zorn gets the gig in Washington. Mike McCarthy gets a big contract (5 more years) after starting out well in Green Bay. Holmgren and Dungy will coach one more year, and then be succeeded from within by Jim Mora and Jim Caldwell. Spagnuolo stays on with the Giants. What d'yas think of the succession idea? Could work…

Spagnuolo stays on with the Giants.

What d'yas think of the succession idea? Could work with the Colts, because Caldwell is in that situation a lot longer than Mora in Seattle.

I'd say spagnuolo stayed on because he will take over from Coughlin in the next year or so like Mora and Caldwell.

Succession idea isnt bad as there wont be much over haul needed. Mora and Caldwell willl keep the same assistants etc. It will help with the stablity.

As a raiders fan it will be interesting too how the Kiffin/RR/Davis situation pans out. One ****'d up franchise.
