Hi all We had lunch on Saturday in Avoca Handweavers café in Kilmacanogue - Carrot, Chilli and Coconut soup and it was fab. I have google'd for a recipe with moderate success – and no its not in the Avoca soup book. Anyone have a good recipe for this? I think the trick is getting the right balance of coconut milk and thick…

Hi all
