Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    worth buying ?

just dropped share price 40%, in order to help them out of the "little" mess that happened on jan 23rd.

Well if BNP or Credit Agricole decide to launch a bid it may well rise, but the fact that only French Banks will be allowed to bid for SocGen will lead to less speculation than would otherwise be possible.

if you search for northern rock, you'll find a topic which started off much the same, when it was at 115p. now at 97p. although there does seem to be a major difference in that NRKs problems were systemic and SGs seem to be non systemic. but i would wait for some upside before going near it.
