Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    I am a retired guy who has collected a lot of family photos over the past years. I thought it would be a good idea to archive them all on a 4GB mini disc (GS-Magic stor 1040A device) packaged by Kaser. Bad decision - the device has stopped working with all my photos on board! My system recognises the presence of the drive but when I go to access the data I get error messages "Not accessible - The drive is not ready" and "Insert disc". I know there are professional data recoverers but they are v expensive - or is there another way?

    That's nasty. You can give recuva [freeware] a try before you get into expensive options.
