    Thanks Gab gab, another training session yesterday morning. Championship starting Saturday week so trainings pretty intense at the minute. Good though, was wrecked after yesterdays.

    Cant do lunges or squats at the minute as knees as sore, think this could be due to the excessive football training on hard ground in last few weeks, have regularly had trouble with knees over years.

    Had football training on Friday night and a match on Saturday evening, lot of pain in knees on Sunday, cartilage in knee is rubbing and causing pain and swelling.

    Tired last night so just went for a short run, just to get out of house as much as anything. Football training tonight and a match tomorrow so didnt do to much.

    Weigh in this morning. -2lbs this week. Exactly 3 stone from where i started a few months ago.

    Pretty poor weekend, football training Friday night, was light enough as championship game on Saturday. We Lost, turned into a drinking session after, rubbish diet on sunday, ate a lot of muck.

    monday, diet wise was good again and home for football training again. Will try and get a quick weights session done this evening before giving blood later on.

    Home for Gaelic training again last night. No balls in sight, done a Stamina night, all i can say, is good good god. Thank heavens for the ice bath after or i would be as stiff as a board today. Weights tonight and home for training again and its gonna be a sprint night.

    Mixed Weekend, Gaelic training on Friday night, Saturday called to mates who cooked up a GIANT chicken curry, went to the pitch that evening and done a lot of sprint work, was wrecked, had a match then yesterday which was a good workout in the heat, but followed up with a big Full Roast Beef Dinner. Back to the weights now again this eve.

    Thanks LouLou, just got into a routine of doing something nearly everyday, even if it isnt a lot, lot of football training/matches at the minute which is good as breaks up the gym sessions and lets me do cardio cause i hate treadmills/cross trainers etc
