Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi,
I had an eye test this morning in the local opticians and although I have very minor shortigtedness I was told I need stronger lenses. She said it will cost €99 including the anti glare reflection coating. Does this sound about right or a little expensive. I would not have thought they would be that dare considering I will be using the same frames.

Frames are the cheapest part of the glasses as they can be mass produced. The lenses have to be made to order that is why they are the expensive part.

No that price is about the going rate. All the extras add to the bill, anti-glare, anti scratch, double coating etc, there is a whole list of extras( the hidden costs) like toppings on a pizza that they sting you for in the store.
