So Pierce Brosnan is the new spokesperson for L'oreal's men's skincare line. Previous actors were Eddie Cibrain (Sunset Beach and Third Watch), George Eads (CSI) and Matthew Fox (Lost)

Don't get me wrong i like Pierce but is the correct person for now. I mean since he left the Bond role he has not had much big roles except in the soon to be released Mamma Mia and is he too old now.

Would another actor maybe like Patrick Dempsey be a more suitable choice?

Not a bad choice, certainly if youre lookin to advertise skin care hes a better Bond to pick than Craig But still, Clinique had Clive Owen so this follows that trend of using older, more masculine looking celebs rather than pretty boys. Also I think Dempsey is working with Versace at the moment right? Maybe he's locked out from negotiating with L'Oreal

isn't the whole point of the ad to sell skin care products to the +40's and to basically say "if you use this product you'll look like me".

in fairness pierce looks pretty damn good for his age.
