Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

the Nokia Software Update tool (for updating the firmware/software of a supported handset) is only available for Windows, not OS X:
    http://europe.nokia.com/softwareupdate

I updated mine with Windows XP running on BootCamp on my Mac... not sure about Parellels / VMWare support for this, be intersted if anyone tried it and got it working tho...

just wondering how you got your friend to search ...

"nokia n95" "os x" "isync" (with inverted commas) gave me loads of results

the first one is to Nokia's site ....

    http://europe.nokia.com/A4299040

pick the n95 8g on the right & download the isync plugin

    or if you want ......

this is a direct link to the DMG

Nah, I tried that. You see, for the iSync plugin to work you must have the latest firmware update on the phone. To do that, I need to run the Software Updater which won't run on a a Mac!

To complicate things further, I just tried running it on my housemate's PC, and it won't work because she only has 240MB of RAM and it says it needs 256! Nokia do not want me playing YouTube on this phone...
