3km run in 17 minutes 40 seconds, on a treadmill.

    Weight 90.9kg
    Waist 36.6"

I look like I've lost weight from my stomach strange.
Anyways, once my waist gets to 38" I'm gonna cut out all carbs for a week or two and then get back to my precious milk after!

I took a break from todays session, I'm in bits and I think it'll be more benificial to take a break than to have just lifted for the sake of lifting.
Monday is week four of this and I'll be going for 92.5kg either tomorrow or Sunday, or 95kg on Monday, as there's no small plates in college and I have to move up by 5kg each time there. I'm gonna be trying to hit 110kg x 20 in three weeks time, the end of week 6.

    65kg x 3

Strange back pain, quite sure it's from running but I need to drop the squats for a week.
On the up side with a week from the x 20's I'll probably be able to keep at them for another 4 - 5 weeks!
Not gonna drop 'em fully till I get 120kg x 20.

    Shoulder Press

    25kg x 10
    37.5kg x 5
    47.5kg x 3
    57.5kg x 1 PR!!!

    27.5kg 10 x10

    Barbell Curls
    27.5kg 15 x 3

    Seated Tri Ext.

    10kg plate 20 x 3

    Pullovers

    10kg x 20

My arms just measured 14.7", that's .1 from 15". Definitely wearing my tightest t shirt tomorrow!

Just realised my journal is almost 10 pages long. Saaavage!

I haven't been lifting much. 9 days ago a hurt my back again doing shoulder presses with 10kg ****ing dumbells. SO I'm gonna keep it easy, even though I sumo squatted two days ago and got 107.5kg x 15, yeahhhh. Ohhh yeahhh.

Anyways I've been running and walking and doing all sorts of LIT treamill training (not really all sorts haha).

I've also been eating low carbs (under 30g) and on a calorie deficit.

    Day 1: 2230kCals with 30 minutes LIT Waist - 38.4". Weight - 92.8kg
Day 2: Carbed... with 40 minutes LIT
    Day 3: 2000kCals with 60 minutes LIT
    Day 4: 2400kCals with 60 minutes LIT
Day 5: Carbed... with 60 minutes LIT
    Day 6: 2100kCals with 40 minutes LIT
    Day 7: 2400kCals with 40 minutes LIT Waist - 37.5". Weight - 91.2kg
    Day 8: 2400kCals with 40 minutes LIT
    Day 9: 2500kCals with 60 minutes LIT
    Day 10: Still eating... with 59 minutes MIT Waist - 37.2". Weight - 89.7kg

Anyways the reason I'm posting in this journal is just to make not of this.

10km in 59 minute and 18 seconds! Oh it was disgusting. Next few runs are gonna be around 7km in an hour, no more haha.
It was on an empty stomach too.

    Just updating this...

My back feels like it's close to being better, though it hurt a slight bit yesterday after benching, as did my neck. Nothing bad though.

I weighed 88.8kg this morning and my waist was 35.4".
I wanna get to 34" without my weight going under 86kg.
Hope to get to 34" within four weeks of today I guess.

Benched yesterday and got 85kg 2 x 2, not bad cause I haven't really lifted in the last five weeks.

I also ran 5km in 22 minutes 54 seconds which is teh fastest yet for me :P
