    It would also help if you said what foods (eg, meat, veg, spices, etc) & style of cooking (eg, like-mummy-used-to-make, italian, mexican, thai, etc) you like.

    AN IRISH STEW RECIPE WOULD ANYONE LIKE ONE
    I REALLY LOVE COOKING AND I WOULD LIKE TO SHARE RECEIPES NOW AND AGAIN
    NICE CUTS OF MEAT FROM THE BUTCHER DUST WITH FLOUR
    FRY WITH A LITTLE OIL ADD WATER 3 CUPS OF WATER BOIL AND THEN SIMMER FOR 20 MINUTES
    ALSO CARROT AND PARSNIP JUST A FEW
    ADD SOME THYME FRESH
    ADD SOME CHOPPED POTATOES 2 CUPS FULL
    ADD STOCK CUBE
    SWIMMER 1HR ADD MORE FULL POTATOES
    SALT AND PEPPER
    LET IT COOL FOR 10MINS BEFORE SERVING
