recommendation for BB in Bristol

Hi a friend of mine is moving to Bristol and he knows nothing about the ISPs in England. The biggest question he wants answered is an ISP that does not shape ports and has unlimited usage. Can anyone here help? Oh yeah it has to be DSL as he knows there is no cable provider in his area
