Obtaining my provisional license

    Sorry for my complete ignorance lads but what must i send away to get my first provisional?

    I have an eyesight report and my theory test certificate. Do i need to send off my passport as well? and to where do i send it? im from kerry so is it the kerry county council?

    You should really do a quick google search first buddy but heres the link.

    You say in another post in this forum that you are looking for insurance and already have your first licence and, which is called a learner's permit and not provisional licence ;) So you got one or not?
