    Hi Lads,

Trying to sort this out today and in typical Irish fashion you can't download these forms online. Just wondering is there a place in town (preferably near stephens green) where I can get them?

    Thanks
    Gary

Your local cop shop, you'll need to go there to get them signed anyway.

Did this recently-download and fill in the form-get the cops to stamp-fire off to your local council (with a few bob)-replacement cert arrived a few days later.
