Tesco Mobile - free phone when porting ?

I (think I) heard in a radio ad that you got a free phone when porting a number over to the 089 Tesco Mobile network. I asked them about it, but they did not know anything about this... Did anyone catch this ad on the radio, or have I misunderstood this?
