What is it with those idiotic boy racers? Driving around in clapped out crocks with ridiculous exhausts. Idiots driving around making noise. FYI - Taken from Irish Independent last year (http://www.independent.ie/lifestyle/motoring/boisterous-boy-racers-have-volume-turned-way-down-by-new-law-1073149.html)

"BOY racers have until next July to get rid of modified exhaust pipes on their cars. The measure is contained in a binding EU directive on noise pollution.

The law, which comes into effect next year will ban the exhausts as part of a range of measures aimed at reducing noise emissions.

But it is not yet clear how the Government will enforce the rule, or whether drivers could face fines for having enlarged exhaust pipes."

Probably won't be enforced though - same old, same old...
