webcam installed now speakers wont work?

Hi all i installed a new webcam... creative Live cam Optia,, and not my speakers wont work? any ideas?

does the webcam have a microphone built into it?

ya it does. Well kinda. It came with a mic and ear peice,

Go to control panel and open sound and audio devices then to the audio tab and make sure your sound playback is your soundcard / mobo sound and that it's not your webcam.
