Cost of performer ?

    Really dont know if this is in the right place. Sorry if its not but..
    Im looking to hire a performer for a private party.
    He has a little experience, has been on TV but isnt VERY well known, he has an album on the way out, but is currently only building a fanbase, I reckon about 10/100 people would know him.

    Would anyone have an idea of how much I should be expecting to pay ??
    Just for the preformance, not including travel or accomodation costs.

    Surely it would vary from person to person ? :confused:

    You'd probably be better if you asked them directly at least you'd get a definate answer

    Yea, i thought it was based on expereince and stuff, but when i contacted his management she asked how much my budget was, i didnt want to give her a huge figure and have her charge that if it was OTT, then again i didnt want to give a figure that would be laughed at ! :)
