I have a receipt for my sub dated 09-02-2008, 3 months non-recurring. However, I am not appearing as a subscriber in my CP. Has my sub fallen down the back of the sofa?

Hi there, sorry about that, seems it did indeed slip down the back of the sofa, shouldn't have happened!

Your sub should be active again, and I've added 3 months extra to it for the inconvenience.
