Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi there,

Can someone please explain to me on how a small portable branded player play divx files, is it something to do with the VCD compatibility of the player, as i found out by accident it could do this :)

No, nothing to do with VCD, the manufacturer of the player has to specifically build in support for Divx/Xvid.

However since Divx/Xvid has become an increasingly important feature, most players support it nowadays, including branded players.

Basically you give the consumer what they want.

Thanks for that, as for the branding i put that wrong, it was a dvd player got free from Moviestar a good while back & not a well known brand like Sony, Panasonic etc.

I found this out by accident, as someone was using the other player :D

I've yet to see if its region-free, but i suppose that'll be hard to find (the code) Until i see.
