Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Hi, In an uncontested divorce case, what does the respondent do when the paperwork arrives, and can he/she do it without representation?

You can sign the documents but you do so at your own legal risk. Otherwise seek out a solicitor if you have concerns.

This is skimming the edge of the charter and clearly not in fact a hypothetical question regardless of how you frame it.
