Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Hi. Im looking to bring some natural light into my kitchen, its an extension, so the back of the kitchen is quite dark. I was thinking of sky lights. I only need opague light, I dont need to see the sky or anything.

I have a diirect tunnel to the roof allready for one of the sky lights. Its on the left of the room tho. I would like one on the riight of the room as well, but I have no tunnel to the ceiling, does anyone know can I run another tube at a 45 degree angle from the first one, or will that completly kill of any daylight coming in. I have drawn a picture to illustrate.

Sky tubes come with either a flexable tube or a rigid , the rigid giving better light efficiency. There are angle adaptors and straight sections , but the rigid tube would have to follow the slope of the roof IMO.
Have a look at this site.

I think velux also do a tube light and another company solutube or similar do one.
