This was my Team is my current Derby Team on November 29th 2009.
    I Have won:
    Premier League 2007,2008
    FA Cup 2008
    League Cup 2007
    Champions League 2008
    Community Shield 2008/2009
    Euro Super Cup 2009

Current Position - Name - Date Signed - Signing Fee - Club Signed From

    GK - Boruc - August 2007- 9,750,000 - Celtic
    DR - San Roman - January 2009 - 8,500,000 - River
    DC - Arzo - January 2008 - 4,500,000 - Villareal
    DC - Richards - August 2008 - 9,500,000 + Ivan Rakitic - Man City
    DL - Rajkovic - January 2008 - 3,500,000 - Chelsea (On Loan at PSV)
    MR - Bjarnason - August 2008 - 1,100,000 - Viking
    MC - Merida - August 2007 - 3,500,000 - Arsenal
    MC - Mascherano - January 2009 - 3,000,000 + Lucasz Gargula - Liverpool
    ML - Sinclair - August 2008 - 750,000 - Chelsea
    FC - Johan Elmander - August 2007 - 8,500,000 - FC Toulouse
    FC - Guillherme - August 2008 - 11,000,000 - Ajax

S1 - Dean Bouzanis GK / Joao Carlos GK
    S2 - Maor Bozaglo AMC
S3 - Nacer Barazite AMC / Rabiu Ibrahim AMC
    S4 - Thiago MRC
    S5 - Phil Bardsley DRC / Nordtveit DC/DMC

Boruc is pure class and the other two are very good prospects. Richards is very pricey but I managed to get him on a part exchange deal for Rakitic who I signed for 2.5mil and became worth 8mil. Richards costs alot but is worth it. Arzo is fairly cheap and very solid aswell. If you can get San Roman early, he is a bairgain and is a very strong cultured attacking full-back. Rajkovic becomes one of the best in his position in the world - a bargain. Bjarnason is very cheap and is a fantastic crosser. Sinclair is a wonderkid and was Premiership top scorer from left-mid. He is class. Mascherano has been quality so far and I managed to get him on a part- exchange deal for Grgula who I signed for 750k and became worth 10mil. Merida is my best ever signing and becomes one of the best in the world if not THE best. Worth 25mil. Elmander was Premiership Top Scorer in his first season and is worth 20mil. Guillherme was very expensive but can be gotten cheap if you can sign him from cruzeiro he is a wonderkid and except Merida he is probably the best young player in the world. These Kids made Derby the best in the world.

Just 10 games into first season with Portsmouth, 2nd behind United by 3 points but with a game in hand:)
    James

    Johnson
    Distin
    Campbell
    Hreidarsson--

    Bangera
    Muntari

    Torje
    Modric
    Utaka

    Ivan Alonso

My team is built around the success of my defence which has only conceded 4 goals in the 10 games so far, and the counter attacking, quick tempo short passing game of the 4 attacking players. Bangera and Muntari provide some protection to the back 4 but also can pick out a pass.
I regularly alternate the attacking 3 MF's with Aartilo and Krancjar, Bogdan Stancu provides competition for Alonso up front.
Torje and Alonso have been my best players so far, with Torje for a 17 year old being a revelation :)

hey guys just said that you should look at 2 portugese boys in Moutinho and Veloso. I've done 4 years with Newcastle United and won the league 3 times, and won the champions league once. Won a few other crap cups too.

    my team now is

    Kameni/Given

    Corluka Taylor Richards Bale

    Veloso/Obi Mikel Moutinho

    Messi Iago

    Martins Bendtner

    Just bought messi and Kameni

Bale is quality, never let you down.
Iago is cheep and will get very good for ya
Martins will get you 30 odd goals every season even when he has to **** off for the african cup of nations which is always a hard time for my team.

Tottenham team entering 2nd season after winning the league and UEFA cup and runner up in FA Cup to Everton and guess who got the winner Jenas :( also sold zokora (dead weight and bad attitude)
Berbatov fans player of the year (due to his 40 goals in 49 games)
    Arshavin signing of the season
Berbatov, Robinson, Farfan, Kaboul and Arshavin in team of the year :P

    1st season singings:
Van der vaart, arshavin, farfan and makoun most with low initial fee but
fees after 12/24 months(huge), sakho compensation only

    2nd Season singings:
Bosingwa 4million (why have chelsea bought him for 16.2million in real life), Guilherme 10million, Kerlon 4million, Riquelme 6million (mainly to tutor kerlon), Downing only 4 million Middlesborough got relegated :D

All signings mainly down to me selling Van der Vaart to Barcelona for an initial fee of 25million :D bidding war involved Real Madrid, Inter Milan and Valencia and having a 60 million pound warchest to negotiate with :)

    2nd season line-up
    Berbatov

    Arshavin
    Riquelme
    Farfan
    Lennnon
    Makoun
    Bale
    Woodgate
    Kaboul
    Hutton--
    Robinson
Squad:- Joe Hart (could not get Akinfeev had 18mil bid rejected), King, Dawson, Young-Pyo, Sakho, Bosingwa, Gilberto(about to leave for 3mil), Huddlestone, Downing, Kerlon, Malbranque, Guilherme, Bent, Taarabt (on loan at Villareal), Prince-Boateng (on loan at Hamburg)!

Why the hell would anybody chose a top team like Chelski. Its like setting the game difficiult rating to beginner. You need to challenge youself man and go for a team fighting for survival or a team with potential, the Villa perhaps!

If you read through my other posts in the other threads I normally pick like conference north teams or obscure foreign teams but its nice to go to try at the top for a change.

wow if you are tottenham get sakho than get kaboul to train him!
they become best pals almost instantly and have each other as favoured personel as well as me for combining the two! plus sakho's stats sky rocket and he is well in for a shout for a first team place now!
with woodgate, king(injuries permitting), dawson, kaboul and sakho to choose from my central defence looks solid!
