Hello ,I've got a specialized sirrus that I haven't used in a while.

The tyres are flat and I want to get some tubes ,
    Tyre sizing is 700x28

Do I need to buy tubes with 700x28 or is there any other sizing methods I should look for ,

    Thanks.:)

They will usually have a range on them, like 23-28.

I tend to get ones that will suit both my tyres (if different) or prediciting future tyres.

So yours are sort of in the middle at 28. you might be able to get 23-28 or 28-32. In which case go for which ever suits, if you think you might get bigger tyres next time then get the bigger tube.

If you are sticking with 28 then probably best get that in the mid range, e.g. 26-30.

The other thing to watch is presta or schraeder (car valve.) on your size it will all be presta (thin valve), but many new MTBs have presta too, since I think it is more suited to high pressures.

Many are in inches too, 25.4mm in an inch. so 28 is 1.1inch though it is usually quoted in fractions like 1 1/8inch=1.125inch

Those tubes might be a tiny bit too big (depends on how tall and wide the tyres are). From CRC the 700x25-30 would work (but are not in stock).
I bought some tubes for my Sirrus and bought 700x18-32 from BikeDock.com (Panaracer Tube for £3.95)

I'd just spotted your reply :(,I ordered them tubes already.

I'll keep my eye on bikedock in future, never used the site before.

I've actually got larger tyres for the sirrus that I use ,when I'm using the panniers.

The continentals might do for them maybe?

    Thanks,
    Brian.
