Nope, you can just find it on the web. Cycling TV, or the tour's own site has a Flash based stream. Both were pretty crap tonight, although at least you can get a full screen picture with CTV. Their coverage was pretty good last year, but they were bought out by another company. Hope they get their act together by the time the real racing starts.
