Small Flatroof Extension Maintenance

Anyone have any tips/information on the above?living in this gaf nearly 5 years and never realy bothered with the roof extension except to clear the gutters 2 or maybe 3 times,anything i can do to avoid any problems?any info much appreciated.

If its a felt roof you should paint it with solar reflective paint every few years - will really extend its life and make it less susceptible to cracking.

i think you should contact a good roofing company and consult with them your roof situation. They will provide you a good suggestion to repair your flat roof..
