Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Quick question, could anyone point me in the right direction to search for this document. I am having no luck whatsoever on courts.ie etc...

    If you're talking about renewal of summons at the High Court its Order 8 Rule 1 of the Rules of the Superior Courts. Procedure is before Master Order 63 RSC and ex parte docket, grounding affidavit (usual evidence) and original summons.

    Order 12 at the Circuit Court.

    It was related to a notice of re-entry regarding a licence extension...
