wanna put together a rig just for music...i got tons of mp3's and would love to set up this ..so ideas please...also could i get a touch screen like u would see in some pubs and if so what software would i need

What exatly do you want to do...build a jukebox?

If you are just building a small jukebox then you wouldnt need a powerful machine..about 500 quid will get you the PC you need. Touchscreen LCD will probably be the biggest part of your budget. You can get a 17" one from Komplett here :

Also a decent soundcard will be needed. Depending on your budget, have a look at the Creative Soundblaster range.
