Question bout trip computer on Avensis

Hi all, i was wondering does anyone know how to get the trip advisor thing to show miles instead of Kms. i wanted to see what my mpg is, it used to show me in miles but after getting the car serviced it now shows, km/l which means nothing to me to be honest. its a 01 2.0 d4d Avensis.

It's in the menu for adjusting bass/treble/balance/fader on the radio, just keep pressing the button and trip units will come up, use the < > buttons to change it.
