    I am planning on getting rid of my land line as all it is mailny used for is to make calls if the alarm activates.
    Has anyone sourced a relatively cheap GSM auto dialer that uses a SIM card from any of the Irish mobile providers to make the phone calls if the alarm activates ?
    The cheapest I have found so far are around €350 approx.

    €350 is about right. The D2M unit from Astec.
