Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

A quick Google shows they've been pulling the same scam in Sweden and the Swedish Regulator doesn't like it.

    http://www.fi.se/Templates/Page____9343.aspx

Report them to our Financial Regulator. www.ifsra.ie

Edit: The Austrians are on to them too.

For further damning evidence, try googling on your own behalf!

Thanks for posting and doing a bit of research.

Ye, found all this out yesterday, hadn't seen the austrian link, and have indeed reported them to the financial regulator.

    Thanks for the replies lads;)

I found some information about this firm, as I have heard of this company. One must be aware of all sorts of scams however this company after proper research seems very legit but I urge you to do your own investigation. The registration laws in Sweden and Austria have recently changed so they have issued warnings to over several hundred firms globally. On Solaris's website they have issued a press statement about retaining Salans in London to handle their registration with European countries (www.salans.com). As for the stock your father was considering to purchase World Trade Center of Aruba, they would get into a lot of trouble using the World Trade Organization's name, so I found the website www.arubawtc.com which openly names their board of directors. The security of Aruba World Trade Center along with Solaris Global Partnerts advertisement is posted on a recognized exchange www.ppdaq.com which I have seen on CNBC. Last I noticed that they listed an IBN and account information to send monies for Bank of America which is one of the biggest banks in the world. After seeing all this information there is nothing that would lead me to think that this company is fraudulent however you should do your own research.

A very reassuring first post

Maybe you could confirm whether or not Solaris Global Partners is authorised to provide financial services in Ireland?

    the arubawtc link doesn't work.
    wtf is ppdaq?
the solaris website is hideously amateur (silly sounds!)

Google doesn't return a single valid business link to Solaris Global Partners.

good show lads. working in the financial industry I am now trying to find some more info about this firm it has sparked my interest nobody likes scams. I see the aruba website is down who knows it worked last week, the ppdaq is up and running and is an interesting read, did find a video link on the site under the "press" tab that was aired on CNBC which I remember seeing a few months back, very informative interview with Alexander Haig which gives credibality to these companies. what does the irish finan. reg. say about these people?
