Hi all, Im a beginner when it comes to baking. Anyone got recipes for Irish Brown Bread - a recipe that is actually good for you but doesnt taste like cardboard. Thanks.

As someone previously suggested, adding yoghurt adds a lovely dimension to brown bread, haven't tried hazelnut yoghurt, but natural yoghurt is really nice!

Im wondering if anyone knows where you can buy a sweet brown soda bread? Only seem to get served to me in a restaurant
I wouldnt be so brave as to try to make my own, but if any1 cud help me with this, Id be very grateful!
