February sunnier than last summer

Ashford Co. Wicklow 1st-20th Feb 2008 79.4hours 13th June -13th July (31days) 78.4hours I am being selective with my 31 day summer period as the first half of June was very sunny and 2nd half of July was reasonably sunny, but just another example of how poor the summer was.
