    Hi guys,

    I'm setting up a ltd and trying to save a few € by setting it up myself. I have templates for the above but they are UK based.

    Has anyone got a MOA & AOA template I could use?

    I was going to ask a similar question last week. In the end I went onto the CRO and found a similar business, downloaded their M&A's, typed them out again, just chaning company names, and nature of the business. Hope that is acceptable ;)
