Who is Bertie trying to fool.

    Don't know if this is the right place for this question.

    But I can't help but wonder how Bertie ever came to hold the highest political seat in the land when he seems to be fumbling around in the dark all the time with no recollection of who, where, when and what money he has handled either directly or indirectly over the years wheather it has been in an official or personal capacity.

    As for him not knowing that his partner's aged family had received money from his constituency funds to buy a house, it doesn't say much for his communications skills if that one never came up in conversation.

    Really I think its time he stopped playing the fool and came clean about all his financial dealings over the years.

    Also he should stand down ASAP as head of FF, if for no other reason to save the parties credibility.
