After a successful week with wins last saturday and again on wednesday on my often daft accumulators, this week i'm opting for:

1 ns for arse, west ham, pool, man u , portsmouth, wigan, watford, aldershot. rangers and celtic @ a massive 67 / 1

2 wins for arse, utd, charlton, wolves, bristol, burnley, cardiff, leeds, millwall, rangers, celtic@ 937/1

    3. wins for arse, mk dons, darlington, woking, rangers and draws for plymouth and bradford @ 360/1

    4. sections bet: wins for wigan, leeds, portsmouth, watford, dundee, hibs, qpr, darlington, west ham, southampton @ 545/ 1

and staying well clear of the cup final expect for a few handshakes for a tenner with spurs fans at work.

    2 Lyon v Metz (Backing Lyon @ 1.21)
    3 Porto v Pacos Ferreira (Backing Porto @ 1.21)
    4 Rangers v Gretna (Backing Rangers @ 1.11)
    5 Panathinaikos v Levadiakos (Backing Panathinaikos @ 1.16)
    6 Barcelona v Levante (Backing Barcelona @ 1.12)
7 Valencia v Rec de Huelva (Backing Valencia OR The Draw @ 1.19)

    3.23 on Betfair

Question for you xavi, do you have much success with these short odds accum?? I usually do either doubles or trebles and was wondering if you find you have more luck with these shorter price accums??

Well in the last month I've quadrupled my Betfair account so......!

I'm not a massive better, a tenner here and there, but it all adds up. Win/draw on teams who are about 1.8 are good if you can get 5 or 6 good ones.

Going to give it a go for the soccer so later. i like the look of those win and draw bets, covers alot of angles. Cheers

apologies if this is a stupid question but is backing a team to win OR the draw the same as laying the other team (on Betfair I mean)

A few strange ones but I do think they've been miss-priced:

    €50.00 Accumulator
Leek Town v Frickley Athletic: Leek Town 13/10
Staines Town v Hornchurch: Staines Town EVS
Tiverton Town v Chippenham Town: Chippenham Town 11/10
    Dumbarton v Arbroath: Arbroath EVS
    Total stake:€50.00Estimated return: €966.00

    €50 Trebles
Leek Town v Frickley Athletic: Leek Town 13/10
Staines Town v Hornchurch: Staines Town EVS
Tiverton Town v Chippenham Town: Chippenham Town 11/10
    Dumbarton v Arbroath: Arbroath EVS
    Total stake:€200.00Estimated return: €1846.00

I wonder if Soccer Saturday report on Chippenham Town......................:o:o:o

Best of luck with that. I put a small accum on your selections cause you obviousley must know your non-league to be betting so confidently

Its the same bet fatgav, but you will get better prices on the exchanges n general.

Examples, if you were to use Paddy Powers or Betfair to back:

Arsenal or draw: €100 returns €107.14
    lay Birmingham: €100 returns €113.53

Boro or draw: €100 returns €250
    Lay Liverpool: €100 returns €315.92

West Ham or draw: €100 returns €144.44
    Lay Fulham: €100 returns €152.76

Thats just a quick example taking into account max commission on Betfair. You'll find the same result for any other games.

    Over 2.5 goals @ 21/20
    Blackpool v Charlton Athletic
Between them they have a 5 goal average for games played this season so the overs look like a good bet to me

    Bristol City @ 13/10
Have only lost there last 2 from 9 league games and Colchester have the worst home record in the Championship conceding 26 goals in 15 home games

    Over 2.5 goals @ 8/11
    Stoke City v Ipswich Town
Between them they have a 5.5 goal average for games played this season so the overs look like a good bet to me

    Unit Stake
€50.00 treble potential return € 401 or so......

    Arsenal @ 1/2 To Win
    Wales -13 @ 10/11 To Win
    Scotland +11 @ 10/11 To Win
€25.00 treble potential return €115 or so....

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 7,454 ✭✭✭hf4z6sqo7vjngi

Draw @ 21/10 Fulham v West Ham United
    Draw @ 3/1 Liverpool v Middlesbrough
Draw @ 13/5 Wigan Athletic v Derby County
    Bristol City @ 13/10
