The Football Association of Ireland have announced that tickets for the FAI Ford Cup final will go on sale to supporters at the discounted rates of €10 and €5 to mark the first FAI Ford Cup final at Aviva Stadium.
Tickets will be distributed to Sligo Rovers and Shamrock Rovers next Wednesday, 27 October, and will go on sale through club outlets later that week.
The decider will take place at the newly refurbished Lansdowne Road venue on 14 November and will kick off at 3.30pm. To mark the occasion, ticket prices will be €10 for adults and €5 for Under-16s.

Yes confirmed on RTEs website about the cheap tickets.

Very unfortunate if Ryan and Blinks cant play, lets be honest they will be a big loss

Another night in the Showgrounds Another Alan Keane last minute penalty winner

Great penalty by Alan to win one nil over St Pats and claim third place in the league

What a finish to the season

    Roll on the Aviva

Congrats to Sligo Rovers in their win tonight. Had to watch it all online as I'm abroad but I was shouting at the laptop in the dying minutes. Thought Sligo could have had it won in normal time but nonetheless a win is a win.

He's staying. After a 3rd place finish in the League, and a Cup Double, Cook has put pen to paper and signed a new 2 year contract to stay at the club.

    :)

We're putting together a decent team/squad this year with Raff, Kirby and McGuinness signed up. Just need to get Boco signed next.

Squad signed so far(think this is everyone):

    Kelly

    Keane
    Peers
    Foran
    McGuinness
    Davoren

    Ryan
    Russell
    Kirby
    Ndo
    Doyle
    Dillon
    Ventre

    Blinkhorn
    Cretaro

Should be a good season, hopefully injuries don't hamper us.

On a side note, sad to see O'Grady off to Harps. Hope he does well with them. And Brush not re-signed due to his injury is also disappointing, hopefully he recovers.
