A quick Google : flights to Oslo start at approx €270, it's be another approx €130 to get from Oslo to Molde (flight), hotels starting at €130 per night. Thats a first look to whet the whistle, could be cheaper options out there.0 -

Thru Ireland, Wales, England, France, Belgium, Holland, Germany, Denmark, and finally Norway, the channel tunnel, 2- 3 ferrys, 4-5 tolls, and about 5 tanks of petrol.
Want to go halfs on the costs?

Across the North Sea? I'm amazed there isn't any any more. Closest is Hook of Holland or Esbjerg.
In fairness, think I'll stick with the plane if I go. 0 -
