We haven't looked right all season. Even when we were on that winning streak the football lacked its usual flow.

Top three or four and maybe a decent cup run is all we hope for unless there is a drastic change in form.

Three points needed tomorrow against UCD. Hopefully a good performance that will silence the critics. Also Forza are having a collection I see.

Pat's lose 2-1. Great chance to narrow the gap tomorrow night.

Champions League Draw on the 24th June for the 1st and 2nd Qualifying Rounds

We're unseeded, so could one one of these...

    Belarus BATE - Borisov
    Scotland - Celtic
    Romania - Steaua București
    Czech Republic - Viktoria Plzeň
    Croatia Dinamo - Zagreb
    Serbia - Partizan
    Poland - Legia Warsaw
    Moldova - Sheriff Tiraspol
    Slovenia - Maribor
    Slovakia - Slovan Bratislava
    Sweden - Elfsborg
    Israel - Maccabi Tel Aviv
    Norway - Molde
    Finland - HJK
    Lithuania - Ekranas
    Azerbaijan - Neftchi Baku
    Georgia - Dinamo Tbilisi

or two of the winners from the 1st Qualifying Round

    Faroe Islands - EB/Streymur
    San Marino - Tre Penne
    Andorra - Lusitanos
    Armenia - Shirak

Just imagine if we got Celtic.

RTE would be all over that - a real money spinner.

Unfortunately the odds are more in favour of a long haul trip to eastern europe.

The draw is likely to be regionalised so that would be Azerbaijan, Serbia and Israel etc out of the question. It would be likely that we'll get a Scandinavian or Baltic country. Anyone but Celtic please.

Also, we can't get the winners of the first round games as they will also be unseeded along with Rovers.

Correct. Celtic, Molde, HJK Helsinki, Elfsborg, BATE Borisov, Ekranas and Legia Warsaw are our only options.

A vital win last night and even sweeter since Pats dropped points.

While its more than likely this be the outcome Uefa have had form in the past at changing the variation of the draw at the last minute so Rovers yet could be in the wider draw, of the above teams only the Lithuanians are beatable.

CL draw at 12 CET (am guessing this is 11am here) tomorrow on the UEFA website.

    ;)

The group has been confirmed this morning, excluding Bate from the above, it will be any of the remaining six teams.

2nd leg is on either 23 or 24th, and will be here...

    Capacity 11,800. Looks a lot bigger. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Aker_stadion

That's on my birthday, would be some roadtrip......

Tough draw for Sligo, think Ole Gunnar has Molde playing very well.

Wish you all in the best in that tie.

They're currently 15th in the Norwegian Prem with 11 points from 13 games. Only 2 wins..

They seem to be fairly down their league table (http://www.moldefk.no/)

I'd love to take the trip, is that a hotel across the road in that stadium pic, that'd be handy :)

A quick Google : flights to Oslo start at approx €270, it's be another approx €130 to get from Oslo to Molde (flight), hotels starting at €130 per night. Thats a first look to whet the whistle, could be cheaper options out there.

It would be a long oul drive alright.

Thru Ireland, Wales, England, France, Belgium, Holland, Germany, Denmark, and finally Norway, the channel tunnel, 2- 3 ferrys, 4-5 tolls, and about 5 tanks of petrol.

    :D

Want to go halfs on the costs?

    ;)

    Anyone else thinking of it?

I'd drive across England, get the ferry from Harwich to Hook of Holland and cut out France, Belgium and most of Holland entirelyhttp://goo.gl/maps/w7vyi

Former Man U Legend Ole Gunnar Solskjær is the manager, also completed some of his coaching awards along side Ian Baraclough. Match could earn aloud of extra follows based on that.

Up until a couple of years back there was a Ferry from Newcastle to Bergen. If that were still in operation I would be motorcycling to this game. Alas, twas not to be!

Across the North Sea? I'm amazed there isn't any any more. Closest is Hook of Holland or Esbjerg.

In fairness, think I'll stick with the plane if I go.

They sent James May and Richard Hammond on it for one of the races on Top Gear. Think it was discontinued five or six years ago.

I remember that one. They got no way near their final destination.

On the subject of the match, according to twitter and facebook, the club are looking into a charter flight.

    :)

The club is investigating the possibility of a chartered direct flight to Molde.

News of this will be made available at 3pm tomorrow.

We wish to advise supporters not to make definite travel arrangement prior to news of the potential charter and confirmation of the date for the away leg.

Now would it be in their interest to put us all off booking until after they have their own sorted? ;)
