Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Under Irish consumer law - 2 years for any fault at all.

    MS will cover RRod for three years though.

    Usually it works like this;
    1 year with the shop (this can be any fault)
    2nd year with the manufacturer (again any fault)
    and the 3rd year only covers the RROD.

    Cool. Thanks. Does the rrod cover all red lights or just if it's the actual ring?
