Move copyrighted Nokia tone from my 6230i to N82?

Have got used to a ringtone on my old trusty 6230i. I use it for my alarm tone, and have tried to shift/play it in Nokia File Manager in the Nokia PC suite, but it just says " Copyright Protected" and I can't do anything with it.

I have used the Recorder function on the N82 but quality is a bit rough.

Have also googled it, no luck. Even found and dowwloaded a Nokia ringtone collection ( 338 tones)from the net. It had a tone with same name, "Bloom.midi", but the tone was not the same.

So any suggestions, or some fresh thinking on the subject woulld be welcome.

Thanks for that, but unfortunately it's silent!

It does play, but no sound.

Checked my player with another .mid tone and it is working. Try it

thanks for trying that for me, u convinced me.

Now someone explain this. I have a folder with 332 .mid ringtones, they all play on my PC, but not the one sent by "apollodjs "

So on the word of "Sam Vimes" that it does work - I MMS'd it my phone (good old meteor with their xxxxxxxxxx@mms.mymeteor.ie) and it works fine and is my soothing morning alarm call.
