Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hey
I know Its not very HiFi but I need a portable mp3 player and an fm transmitter for use in car. A new head unit is out of the question as I'm in car sales and end up driving a new car every other day so I need something I can move about easily but I also want something that sounds decent.
I like a good sound, my home system is currently in flux, Rega p3, paired with a cyrus amp, with sen hd650's tomorrow hopefully, thinking about pairing them with a dedicated valve amp...., still not sure how to replace the dead linton 2s!
I know the sound wont be great but I want something bearable all the same, anyone have any recomendations?

    Dancing priest,
I might have an fm transmitter somwhere that would suit.
The best fm transmitter I have heard is one that plugs into the nano or i-pod. or you could use a stereo streaming bluetooth kit.
B-speech alpha which I use because its on the sunvisor and you can change cars in a flash. it depends on how big you want the sound to be.
Another option would be buy something like the Audio pro porto put in the car and play what you want from it. see audiopro.com I have one of these and i use it in the kitchen bathroom or on trips cause the sound is nearly as good as the main hi fi (for a portable that is )
