Is there anywhere where Torrents can be discussed without the risk of a sensual stroke from a ban stick? I've checked what I thought would have been the obvious forum's, but alas no luck.

You can discuss the merits of different torrent programs, and torrenting from an academic perspective to your hearts content in Computers & Technology, or Programming.

Discussion of "warez" etc, however, is completely disallowed, there's plenty of other sites out there for that.
