    Hi,
I'm writing this as I wait for my Plane to go to Oxford and London for a few days.

I'm visiting SSL Hq where they're holding their International Distributor Meeting.
They're showing us some new products pre The Frankfurt Music Messe.
I know what one is and think it'll go very well in Ireland. I'd tell you what it is but would get Executed in Oxford....

On Tuesday evening I plan to meet Rupert Cobb , studio guy/trumpet player to the stars (Kate Nash and James Blunt recently) for a natter about his experiences. http://www.logictoolbox.com/

Then we leg it to the Roundhouse to see Reverend and the Makers.

Speaking of whom, Wednesday morning we plan to meet Cenzo Townshend in Olympic Studio . He mixed the Reverends Album as well as Kaisers, Hoosiers and the last Editors CD etc. He owns an Audient console. http://www.olympicstudios.co.uk/

Wednesday afternoon has us up at Air Studios http://www.airstudios.com/ again where I'm introducing Kai from Brauner/Vovox distributor SAE to Tim from Air.... and chewing the fat of course!

On Thursday morning we visit Chris at www.Munro.co.uk , studio designers and acousticians/architects . There I'm learning how to 'collect numbers' for them i.e. measure a room and supply them with figures and measurements to interpret a rooms characteristics. This will help keep costs down on an acoustics job making the whole process more attractive to you, the client.

Thursday afternoon brings us to PMC Monitors' factory where we'll get a better insight into their wonderful speakers and the science that makes them... should be good (geek) fun.

I'll post up photos of our first 'Sonic Safari' on MySpace this year afterwards.

This might be of interest to some of you, if not ............ move along there.

    Cheers Paul.
