eircom netopia modem problem

    hi forum. my netopia 2247 seems to be on its last legs, lots of disconections, power light on/off while im online, im just wondering do eircom replace faulty modems without much hassle or am i better of buying a new one ,and if so which?

    Ring them and ask. A customer of mine got a dead one replaced free last week.

    i got mine replaced a few days after i complained about disconnections etc...
    once you make a good enough case to the tech guy.
    (didn't help much though)
