[Investigating] hate spam on journals.ie

    I have been getting hate spam from the ip addy 62.200.217.236

    Rubbish about how I am crap mother and can't spell...

    Is there a way to ban ip's form posting comments ?

    Have it pinned down to someone working for a Dublin based insurance company. I think it's time to ask DeV to make a phone call.

    First off I feel sorry for your children. To have a mother as stupid
    and obviously as childish as they are makes me feel sad. You've quite
    clearly got issues and seem to be very judgemental and defensive
    whenever anything pierces your little radial bubble.
    I wouldn't be surprised if 'Daddy' isn't on the scene anymore, if he is

    my arse! If anything fresh produce has less herbicides, pesticides,

    I wasn't going to be bothered bringing it up until I noticed the ip matched on them and it appears to be a static one. I have played about with the wordpress settings and can't see an option for banning an ip from commets.
