an independant driving test centre in cahir co. tipperarey is been closed down, bt the road safty authority,in the last batch of results they had a 63% pass rate, nearby tipp town had a 46% pass ratei do not know any more so i cannot comment.

I'd say the gov are pissed because they are losing out on 17% re-test money.
