    Ive been over weight my entire life! ive never been without a bit of extra weight and ive always plated footy and tried t keep it down but my metabolism is a sham! i had lost a stone from aug to december but christmas was a killer for me! :eek: put back on half a stone but have lost three or four pounds of that since.

    Im 22yrs old, 14st7' and 5ft8" roughly! i reckon 13st is a nice target for the moment?! the motivation of just readin some of these threads is great! i feel like getin on a treadmill now!! haha

    any way this will be my log! i hope to write to it everytime i weigh in and everytime i train! lookin forward to doin this with every1 else!!!

    Trainin Yesterday......

    20 x 30 kg deadlift
    50 x 50kg quad lift
    50 x 30kg hamstring pull

    60 x 5kg dumbell bicept
    60 x 5kg dumbel tricept

    15mins crosstrainer
    1000 metres on rowing machine

    Had good enough diet:

    2 wheatabix

    ciabatta with ham and 2 slices of brown bread with ham

    oat flap-jack

    chicken and pasta for my dinner

    I have always drank loads of water during the day, at least 2 x 750ml bottles and sometimes 2x 750ml bottles and a pint with my dinner.

    I'll weigh in every week. still at 14st 6'

    Football trainin yday:

    50 x sit ups
    50 x press ups

    various sprinting exercises

    about 3/4 hr five a side matches

    diet:

    Stuck well to my norm yday...

    Wheatabix for break fast

    Oat flap jack at 11ish am

    Dinner at 6 - 9" pizza

    Cup of tea after training

    I know i need more fruit in my diet and if any1 has any other suggestions....

    hey man, just wanna wish ya luck with everything, in almost the exact same boat myself. Have lost over a half stone but put in on again over the pig fest that was Xmas. Been trying to do a bit since.
    I too am 5'8", was 15st1" on 7th Jan
    Weigh in today of 14st even so we are pretty similar.
    Anyway just keep at it and keep posting in these logs, ive found it has really helped me.

    Also, chance laying off the pizza for dinner

    Yday.....

    Had football match yday, played full 90mins didnt win now but its still counted as exercise right?!!!:D

    Wheatabix for breakfast,

    2 grilled rashers,
    Sausage and egg for lunch,

    Didnt get a dinner just had bowl of cereal bout 10pm

    Weigh in on wednesday, dont think ive lost anything this week but sure i'll keep goin

    Meant to be training tonight but no one turned up...dickheads!

    Just did few exercises at home. It didnt make up for not trainin but it was better than nothin!

    60 x Tricept dumbell
    60 x Bicept dumbell

    100 x sit ups

    Diet was good:

    wheatabix & banana

    2 peices of brown bread and ham

    Bowl of pasta with tomatoe and sauce

    Cupa tea!

    Weigh in tomorrow, wish me luck!! :eek:

    right lads...moment of truth! 1st weigh in of the log...

    Start: 14st 6' Week 1: 14st 3' Total Loss: 3 pounds

    Cant believe I lost any weight! :eek:

    training yday:

    Played small 30mins game of indoor for a small tournament in college, Got on treadmill for 15mins after that.

    Later in the evening I played an hour of indoor footy with a bunch of lads.

    Had fairly bad diet yday...

    norm breakfast, 2 wheatabix with banana

    had dinner at lunch, meatballs and chips! :eek:

    didnt have another meal just to elevens' barswith tea had nothin after 8, had to fast for a procedure i was getin done this morn on me nose! the flem is finally gone!!! :D

    Cant see me keepin 3 pounds a week up but if I do i'd be well chuffed! Hope others are doing better with their diet than i am! haha
